Paypackets
Wow, this image in todays newsletter brought back a lot of memories. Back in the day 1970's I was a bank teller for the CBC, over the years I made up thousands of these pay-packets. One set that comes vividly to mind was when a large concrete pour was going on and we had over 200 packets to make up and deliver to site on time, that was a lot of cash to have and a lot to carry. We had to get these pay packets exactly correct every time, always a challenge to do so. Good times!
