Well Australia grows its own olive oil. Plenty of brands even in Coles and Woolworths, might be a bit pricey but if you must have it support locals or buy it direct from the supplier. Would never touch canola. Rubbish that wasn't ever meant for human consumption. Macadamia oil is good too. Any seed oils can cause inflammation in the body. Just use butter or lard. Contrary to popular belief won't give you heart disease

The problem with canola and sunflower oil they are highly processed and if you have any inflammatory issues, they’re not a good choice if using a lot. If you are lucky enough to have a bulk wholefoods store, take your empty container and refill. Or try farmers markets, maybe a bit pricey but so much better for you.

I have found the supermarkets are doing their price drop products but hiking up the amount they are dropping on other products. Dog food, deodorant, vitamins and now olive oil have gone through the roof

Canola oil is from rape seed and is irradiated which is NOT healthy but cheap. Extra virgin Olive oil should be in dark containers. At present Coles has Australian olive oil at reasonably priced.
