OPTUS E MAILS​

Yesterday while using Optus Web Mail it crashed on me and when I tried to reopen it I got the message that it doesn't recognise my password. I'm in the process of trying to recover with Optus who initially claimed that they no longer supported Optus mail. If that was the case then why did they change the format? Has any other member experienced this problem?

This is not unusual for Optus - unfortunately companies are allowed to sell off parts of their companies - take TPG for an example.

Finally got reconnected after working with a (.for It) operator in Bangalore India? Who give her due was very helpful in getting me back on line.
