One Pan Rosemary Chilli Sausages n Potatoes

I love one pot dishes and this is basically throw everything in a pan and cook for 40 minutes
Serves 4
Prep time 10 minutes
Cook Tine 40 minutes

Ingredients
8 to 12 Good quality sausages I use beef but you can also use Pork
2 red Onions, peeled and cut into wedges
Pinch of chilli flakes
Small bunch of Rosemary, around 4 stems
1kg new potatoes, halved
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt n pepper to taste
Method
1. Preheat oven 200°C or 180°C fan-forced.
2. Put sausages in a baking pan along with the onions. Sprinkle over the chilli flakes and Rosemary. Then add the potatoes. Season well with salt n pepper tge drizzle with oil and mix everything together.
3. Put in the oven and cook for 40 minutes or until sausages are golden and cooked through. Turn the sausages and potatoes half way through
Notes
1. I have also added 1 tablespoon of wholegrain mustard before cooking instead of the Rosemary
2. I always use a good quality sausage for this recipe.
