One pan chicken pesto bake

Who here loves a good one-pan dinner? We do! They're so effortless to make and usually only require minimal cleanup, which is always a bonus.
This one pan chicken pesto bake recipe by Sarah, who goes by the username @tamingtwins on TikTok, is a dinner recipe that your friends and family will surely love. Not to mention, it will take you less than an hour to whip up.
‘Please, please – whatever you do, do NOT tell anyone how ridiculously easy this pesto chicken tray bake is to make,’ she starts, sarcastically. ‘Because it looks so impressive and it tastes amazing.’
To make this recipe even easier (because we know well how busy life can get), we recommend using store-bought pesto instead of making your own from scratch (although making it from scratch is yummier).
Here’s a list of ingredients you need:
1. 750 grams of marble potatoes
2. Two tablespoons of olive oil
3. Chicken fillets
4. 120 grams of pesto
5. 300 grams of green beans
6. 400 grams of cherry tomatoes
7. Salt and pepper
Start by preheating the oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Add the marble potatoes and olive oil into a pan, ensuring that they are fully coated with the oil. Pop the potatoes in the oven to bake for about 30 minutes or until they start to soften.
Move the potatoes to one side and add the chicken fillets. Drizzle 120 grams of the pesto sauce on top of the potatoes and chicken. Then, pop it back into the oven for 10 minutes.
Proceed by adding the chopped green beans and cherry tomatoes, sprinkling the entire dish with salt and pepper before gently coating everything in the pesto. Place the tray back in the oven for 10 more minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.

Hundreds of users expressed their amazement in the comments, with one saying: ‘I made this today. It’s really easy and super tasty. It didn’t cost a fortune either. My husband said that it tasted better than the meals we've had in fine restaurants.’
‘I saw this on your blog a year ago and have probably made it once a fortnight since then. I love it!’ another fan chimed.
‘Yum! This looks lovely and healthy.’ a third praised, while a fourth wrote: ‘I just subscribed, I love your recipes. They are so useful.’
Sarah’s one pan chicken pesto bake is further proof that pesto doesn't just belong in pasta – it goes great with meat and vegetables too. Dinner is served!

Tip
Use mini chicken fillets for this recipe so they can fit in the pan perfectly. They will also cook a lot quicker than larger and thicker chicken fillets.
