Old time Peach Cobbler with Ice Cream

Old Time Oven Peach Cobbler


INGREDIENTS

1 large can of sliced peaches, drained
1 cup Bisquick mix
1 cup of milk
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 cup of sugar
Vanilla ice cream, optional


PREPARATION
Heat oven to 190°C.
In a mixing bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk, nutmeg and cinnamon together until thoroughly mixed.
Stir in melted butter.
Pour batter in a buttered 8x8-inch baking dish, and add peaches on top.
Bake until golden brown, checking every twenty minutes.

And what does one do with the remaining pancake mix? I know what I'd like to say, but I'm more polite than you it seems.

Make pancakes hello pancake mix or save it for another recipe you can use it in place of flour and also with flour, or use it another time it does have an expiry date you know.🙄
