i am still getting over the shock that i could do it.I touched my toes from a standing position but am only 66.

Yep I’m aiming for palmsI'm still able to touch the floor with my fingers but I'll never be like my Gran. At 87 she was still able to stand on the Sydney phone book and have the palms of her hands flat on the floor !

Once you get to that goal you'll have to try and stretch that little bit further standing on an old phone book But be careful - I have managed tumble over several years back. Try explaining to someone you fell off a phonebook!Yep I’m aiming for palms
