Cutting The Slice
For clean, unbroken slices, take the slice out of the fridge 20-30 minutes before slicing. This will allow the slice to soften slightly, making it easier to cut. Use a warm and dry serrated knife to cut through the chocolate layer and then push through the Rice Bubble layer. The chocolate is more likely to crack if the slice is cut cold, straight from the fridge. You may also find it easier to cut the slice while it is still in the tin.
Storage
Snickers slice can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
Can I freeze Snickers slice?
Yes! Wrap it whole, or wrap the individual slices and freeze it in an airtight container for up to 1 month. To thaw, place the slice in the fridge overnight
