Would you have any advice for those looking to flip homes too? I've heard that it isn't something that should be done haphazardly so it's quite interesting you've done it three times!

My advise is get expert advise as my hubby was a tradesman and was in the trade for 40 years so this helped us out a lot. There are things we get tradesmen to do such as major electrical and major plumbing everything we do together. If we completely gut the bathroom we would get a bathroom mob in. This time around we are not doing huge adjustments to the bathroom so we will do it ourselves
