New cooking hack stuns social media after it was revealed that an UNLIKELY KITCHEN TOOL was used to give classic ravioli pasta a makeover
A new cooking hack has made the rounds on TikTok after an unlikely kitchen tool was used to give the classic ravioli pasta a makeover.
Can you guess what that tool is?
TikTok user @pistachiogelatofan shared her adorable hack for making "fun-shaped" ravioli using cookie cutters.
You read that right, folks! We also never expected that the humble cookie cutter would one day go hand-in-hand with the posh Italian dish but we guess creativity can take you as far as your imagination goes…

In her video, the TikTok user was seen preparing her homemade pasta using a pasta-maker from the Australian kitchenware brand Wiltshire.
Next, she assembled the ravioli by placing the fillings on a sheet of pasta before covering them with another pasta sheet and sealing them in.
The woman then used cookie cutters to cut the pasta sheets — giving the ravioli heart and floral shapes — before dunking them into a pot of boiling water to cook.
The end product? A head-turning ravioli pasta that will surely impress her guests and loved ones!
The video instantly went viral, amassing more than 850,00 likes and hundreds of comments from TikTok users who expressed their keenness to try the hack themselves.
One person wrote: "This made me so happy."
"Omg so pretty and everything looks so good," another added.
A third chimed in: "Everything about this is perfect."
For those of you who are looking to make their own homemade pasta but have no access to a pasta-making machine, we recommend checking this video demonstrating the traditional Italian recipe of making ravioli pasta without the need for equipment.
