To our members who have always wanted to achieve those picture-perfect locks – we are here for you, and we understand.
Gorgeous, curly hair requires a lot of work to perfect, and using a heating tool such as straighteners and curlers can be a bit more of a hassle than convenient.
Yes, you can achieve the beachy-wave effect with a wand or straightener, but there are days when you'd rather not subject your hair to the heat. (It's not healthy for your hair if done regularly, too.)
On some days, like when you're travelling, you might also find that you do not have the tools needed for the job. Luckily, there are other ways to achieve bouncy curls besides using heat. Thank goodness!

Here, a woman shows us how she manages to achieve those beautiful curls while on a holiday abroad.
If ever you find yourself in a hotel without heated tongs and rollers, Jillian says all you have to do is find some medicine bottles (like Tylenol and Pepto Bismol), curl your hair around those, and secure them with some claw clips.
And that's it! After ten minutes, you can unclip them, and your hair will come tumbling down in perfect beachy waves.
'I usually style my hair with rollers because that's how I like it, but I couldn't bring them. I used whatever pill bottles my friends had in the bathroom and pinned them with claw clips,' said Jillian in a clip she uploaded on TikTok.
'I sat with them in for around 10 minutes, and they came out with a nice curl - just like with my rollers.'
Jillian even suggested that if you can't find any available medicine bottles on hand, you can use a banana. Yes, you read that right – a humble banana can curl your hair in times of need.
'As long as you have clips or something to hold it in place, you can use anything,' she went on to say.
Here are other ways to curl your hair without having to use a heating tool:
Braid your hair overnight
Tried and true - you can't go wrong.

Use an old t-shirt
A little trickier but comfy to sleep in!

Use some clean socks
Note, CLEAN socks.
