Nationwide flatbread recall: Are you at risk?

Are you a NSW, ACT, QLD, VIC, TAS or SA resident with food allergies? Or does somewhere near and dear to you have food allergies? It’s crucial that you read on.



Members, have you purchased flatbread in the last few months? If so, then you need to pay attention to this urgent news about a major recall across Australia.

Mega International Food Pty Ltd. just announced a recall because there are allergens in this product that have not been declared on the packaging.

Which allergens? Milk and egg.

'Any consumers who have an egg and/or milk allergy or intolerance may have a reaction if the product is consumed,' according to Food Standards Australia.



The flatbreads in question were made on December 8, 2022, and can be identified by the batch code 3104455. They are the Doughstory Classic Paratha, 2400g, Jumbo Pack of 30 pieces - so make sure to check if your freezer contains this item.

If you (or someone close to you) have an egg or milk allergy or intolerance, please, do not consume the product and instead return it back to the place of purchase for a full refund.
