My Quick n Easy Apricot Chicken

This is my recipe that is very quick and extremely easy yet very tasty.

I use thigh fillets skin off as they don't dry out. Although you can use any cut of chicken eg drumsticks, chicken breast but skin on.

I serve this over steamed rice and steamed beans n broccoli 🥦
