Cut the tail of 3 bacon rashers about 4 inches on the old scale.
Cook to your liking
Break 2 eggs into bowl mix with 1table spoon of water and pour over over bacon and then Sunnyside up until cooked. Serve with Tom sauce, I use small pan enjoy
