Your eyes are not deceiving you, folks! The ‘bottle’ in the picture is not actually a soft drink bottle, but a cake made by this one mum for her son's birthday party.
Almost fooled you there, eh?
The bottle of Coca-Cola above is made by Becky, who is an avid fan of making baked treats and pastries at home.
Seeing that her son's birthday is soon coming up, she decided to showcase her DIY cake-making skills to make a centrepiece the children will never forget!
In a popular Facebook group, Becky shared her process of how she made the Coca-Cola bottle replica.
In order to make the dessert, Becky started with three mud cakes she bought from Woolies. She removed the top layer of icing and then prepared her own buttercream to imitate the froth that forms on top of soft drinks.
Then, to make the whole thing much more realistic, she added two layers of melted chocolate on the inside. She also included an additional layer of buttercream that she made from scratch.
When it came to shaping the cake, she used a plastic Coke bottle like a cookie cutter.
'Cut the plastic bottle off (carefully), joined with some more buttercream and melted chocolate, then attached the label and cap,' the crafty mum wrote in her Facebook post.

Once Becky was done putting the finishing touches on the cake, it looked so realistic that her daughter even thought that it wasn't edible.
'Must have been good as my daughter took a few minutes to find the "cake" in the fridge,' the mum recalled.
Safe to say, her son's birthday went off without a hitch, and every guest got a slice of the Coca-Cola bottle cake.
Other parents who were members of the Facebook group as well instantly took notice of Becky's creation and commented that it was an 'awesome’ and ‘wonderful’ idea.
'So creative and I love how you included the different steps to making the cake – well done!' one mum wrote in the comments, with a second woman adding, 'That's very cool. I think my husband's birthday cake just got sorted!'
Woolies' mud cakes truly are the gift that keeps on giving!
