Mum shares X-rated blunder in kid’s section: ‘Great little gift until you turn it around’

We've all been browsing different sections of Kmart for birthday presents or decor to decide between what's practical and what's cute.

But no one expects to buy something at Kmart and find a hilarious and X-rated surprise in the package—at a children’s aisle!

Mum Kristy recently stumbled across a cute product around the kids’ section in Kmart. But things started to take an unexpected turn when Kristy looked closer at the packaging.

She posted a photo of ‘Whip It Up Whipped Shower Foam and Bath Sponge Set - Very Cherry.’ According to the Kmart website, it's meant to be 'gently massaged all over the body' and will make shower time 'a whole lot sweeter.'

She wrote in her post, 'Great little gift until you turn it around.'

The first photo is the front of the shower set, showing a red and pink cherry-shaped sponge.

But when the set is turned over, the cherry looks more like a little more X-rated and… well, phallic (according to social media users).

The Internet was alight with comments about the shower sponge set.

‘You really have to wonder if they did this on purpose,’ said one person.

‘'They knew exactly what they were doing,’ another agreed.

Another user pointed out, ‘It even has Whip It Up cream with it!’

‘No complaints here! 😅’ said another.

Many commenters said they were keen on buying one of the gift packs, praising its hilarious but appropriate qualities.

One person suggested, ‘It would be perfect for the work Kris Kringle.’

Another person said, ‘I’m gonna get one for my mum and mother-in-law.’

‘Did someone say stocking “stuffer”? 😉’, a third added.

LOL. If i had a kid i'd have got this for her. Kinda see the X rated back view although a bit wonky topped. Some people just can't help smutting up something innocent!
