We did the I spy game when on long trips.
I spy with my little eye something beginning with and say a letter like “g” grass or “h”horse etc.and your siblings would have to guess it, it was great fun oh the memories.
Yes I spy was a good one, I used to ask my kids how many different animals they could see.
Another one was what type of car or what colour car will be next.
I remember one time at the near beginning of a 4hour car trip, the kids were fighting & arguing in the back seat.
I stopped the car on the side of the highway and got the one that I thought was the main instigator out of the car & closed the door & hoped back in the car to drive away, But I couldn't do it, so I put her back in the car & it was a silent trip after that.
If one did that today you would be reported & locked up.
