Mortified shopper’s HUMILIATING mishap leaves thousands in hysterics - “I’m crying with laughter!”

Being human, it’s completely normal to have ‘dumb’ and embarrassing moments every once in a while – like tripping over your own foot to ‘almost-fall’ but not really quite falling so you look a little dramatic – but moving on… because that definitely didn’t happen to me…
Here’s proof that learning how to laugh at your misfortunes, eventually, isn’t as bad as it seems. One shopper was mortified after realising that she accidentally sent her dirty underwear to ASOS in a returns parcel.

Carla Freeman tried on a range of swimwear from the popular online clothing shop upon receiving her order. After going through each one, she decided to return some of the clothing items she wasn’t a fan of.
However, when she arrived back home after dropping off the parcel at a post office, it suddenly registered that a dirty pair of undies and a bra were missing.
“Something just happened that even for me is remarkable,” the mum said on her Instagram story.
“I got a delivery from ASOS and some of the bikinis were not so good so I shoved them back in the bag. I posted it off, came back and realised I’ve put my underwear in the returns bag with one of my favourite bras.”
The horrified shopper reached out to a ‘virtual assistant’ about the incident via a bot chat, asking if they could return her bra, writing: “Will you please send me the underwear back. Not fussed about the knickers (feel free to bin) but the bra is a favourite.”
After an unsuccessful attempt at getting help, she took to her social media followers to share an update.
“I’ve still got a pair of dirty knickers that are on the way to the ASOS headquarters and my favourite bra,” she confessed.
Carla eventually got a hold of a ‘human’ representative at ASOS named Mikaela, and she briefed her through the hilarious mishap.
“I’ve accidentally included my own underwear with the items I returned to you. I’m so so sorry,” she wrote in the message. “Please tell me people do this a lot. Also, I hope you’re laughing.”Mikaela responded with: “Oh no. I’m sorry to hear this Carla. You have made my morning so far, I won’t lie, but don’t worry, you’d be surprised at how many people do return items back to us by accident that were not purchased from us.”

Carla was told that there was nothing they could do until they received her parcel. A few days later, she received a confirmation email from the clothing company informing her that her refund was issued.
“I just got an email from ASOS saying, ‘You have been refunded for the items you returned’ with absolutely no mention of my underpants and bra,” she said.
“So what do I do now? Do you think they’ve just binned my pants and bra?”
Then she added: “I just made it seem like I have really dirty pants, I don’t. Just the thought of some poor stranger having to handle someone’s worn pants is just not nice.”
Her video amassed over 70,000 views, with many showing their gratitude because her story ‘brightened up’ their days.
“Oh my. I’m crying with laughter… Thank you, you make me feel not as mad.” one user said.
“Thank you. You made me feel better about all the stuff I get wrong whilst rushing.” another chimed in.
While a third added: “Oh my goodness. I just spat my coffee laughing. Absolutely hilarious.”
