''Me Mother She Wuz Orange!''

Paddy an Irishman arrives in New York harbour as a new immigrant.
He is in the Big Apple and starts walking across the busy 7th avenue,
when one of New York's finest, a big burly Policemen grabs Paddy, pulling
him back onto the sidewalk and says "what do you think you are doing?"
Paddy says in his brogue Irish accent
"I've just arrived from Ireland and I want to cross the street.
The police officer is Irish as well and says "Ta be sure Paddy, over here you
have to wait for the traffic lights to turn green, before you can be crossing the road!"
Paddy watches the lights change from Red, Orange for a few seconds and then to Green.
The police officer say's when the light turns Green "ya can be crossing now Paddy!"
Paddy starts to walk from the sidewalk 15ft, turns around and says to the police office
"the Orange light does not give Protestants, long to cross the road, does it!"
