McDonald's Spicy Chicken McNuggets Are Back And Here's How To Get Your Hands On Them

There is no denying that people love spicy food. The demand for spicy food has grown so much in recent years that there are now entire restaurants dedicated to serving up dishes that pack a punch.

If you’re one of those people who love spicy food, then you’ll know that there is nothing quite like the feeling of eating something that sets your mouth on fire. It’s a rush like no other, and it keeps people coming back for more.

That's why it is not surprising that McDonald's is bringing back its popular McSpicy range due to high demand.

The fast food giant recently announced the comeback of the famous range for a limited time only, meaning customers may now purchase two additional versions of the McSpicy burger, including the Double McSpicy.

The burger, which is made of two Australian chicken patties that have been marinated and flavoured with a range of spices and topped with mayo and lettuce, was said to have 'double the spice, double the crunch,' compared to the regular McSpicy.

Another new McSpicy version is the Cheese and Bacon McSpicy which was described as 'the fiery McSpicy with a tasty twist’. Aussie Jack cheese and rasher bacon were added to the regular McSpicy to create this meal.

While the new McSpicy versions proved popular, one new menu item, in particular, has gotten our attention and is none other than the 'fan favourite' Spicy Chicken McNuggets.

For those who are unfamiliar, Spicy McNuggets are simply the traditional ones that are hotter (spicier). They are produced with juicy Australian chicken breast and coated in tempura that is 'deliciously crispy and spicy' and 'will certainly tickle your tastebuds'.

McDonald's Australia Brand Manager Lacy Huynh said in a statement: 'What better way to welcome spring than by turning up the heat with Macca’s signature, succulent spicy chicken.'

'Made with 100 per cent Aussie RSPCA Approved chicken, the new range adds an extra kick to classic, much-loved Macca’s menu items.'

'Perfect for lunch or dinner, these bold, unique flavours will no doubt get customers’ tastebuds tingling.'

Customers who are looking to get their hands on these mouth-watering meals can order them via MyMacca’s app and McDelivery or from their local McDonald's restaurant starting September 14.

We know that not all of our members are fans of McDonald's but there's no denying that indulging in some fast food can be a guilty pleasure. We mean, there's something about fast food that just hits the spot. There's nothing wrong with treating yourself to a burger and fries (or in this case, nuggets) now and then.

Having said that, will you be trying these limited-edition menu items? Share your thoughts with us in the comments below!

I totally agree a little indulgence every now and then is good.

I'm not a fan of spicy that would give me severe heart burn

But I'm happy to order a cheeseburger and either a chocolate frappe or chocolate thick shake😁
