Sometimes, the stresses of travel can be enough to make some travellers snap.
While it's certainly understandable that we all need our time to cool off, travellers should always remember that there is a certain decency in maintaining composure and respecting the laws of the air whenever we board a plane.
It's a lesson that a 25-year-old man from Sydney learned the hard way after footage emerged on social media of him being dragged off a Jetstar flight by two Australian Federal Police Officers.
The video, viewed almost 800,000 times and re-shared on different platforms, began with an officer telling the man to leave his seat, to which he replied: 'I've done absolutely nothing.'
'I'm not going anywhere, I've got work in six hours on the Gold Coast'.
The flight attendants reportedly contacted the police before the arrest 'due to a disruptive passenger prior to the departure of a flight from Sydney to the Gold Coast'.
One police officer appeared to undo the aforementioned passenger’s seatbelt, to which the passenger responded with: 'Don’t touch me… I’m getting up.'
They had successfully removed the man from the aircraft—with one police leading the way and the other holding the back of the man's shirt collar.
It is currently unknown what the man allegedly did to warrant the arrest, however, one user speculated: ‘Apparently, he… used abusive language on a mother with a child.’
He has reportedly been charged with endangering the safety of an aircraft, according to the police.
'The safety of our customers and crew is our number one priority, and we have zero tolerance for this behaviour,' a Jetstar representative said.

Similarly, passengers aboard a Malaysia Airlines flight from Sydney Airport were met with sudden chaos as their plane was forced to turn back due to another unruly passenger.
The 45-year-old passenger allegedly claimed to be the 'slave of Allah' and announced that he had a bomb in his bag, leaving a group of over 200 passengers vulnerable in the sky.
The tense atmosphere was somehow alleviated when one particular crew member tried to de-escalate the situation by talking to the man and engaging with him calmly and kindly.
The man at the centre of this affair has since been charged with 'making a false statement' and 'not complying with directions'.
