Ingredients
- 2 mango large
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1/2 cup pure icing sugar sifted
- 1 tbs gelatine powder
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 300 ml thickened cream whipped
Method
- Peel and chop mangoes.
- Blend with the lemon juice and icing sugar.
- Pour into glass bowl.
- Dissolve gelatine in the hot water. Add to mango mixture and mix well.
- Fold in the whipped cream mixing well. Pour into 4 glasses
Chill until set.
