Summer is here, which means there’s going to be an abundance of sweet treats and cold drinks on offer from restaurants and shops.
If you’ve ever wanted to make your own soft-serve ice cream at home but thought it was too time-consuming and expensive to invest in an appliance to do it, well, you might want to check out ALDI’s latest Special Buys range.
On 21 December, ALDI will be releasing their Christmas Special Buys range – and of all the goodies available, the highlight is the DIY soft-serve ice cream.
That's right! You can now make your own soft-serve ice cream right at home, not just during summer.
The Soft-Serve Ice Cream Maker includes a 1L double-insulated freezer bowl, a freezing canister and mixing paddle, a support stand, and a pull-down lever to dispense the ice cream.
ALDI said this of their new gadgets: ‘The popular Slushie Maker and Soft-Serve Machine is also making a return if creating your ice cream or whipping up some frozen cocktails is on the cards this Christmas, along with a bunch of other quality kitchen appliances that will make you stress less this holiday season!’
Other appliances on offer are the frozen drinks maker and the iced shaver.
The Frozen Drinks Maker includes an easy-pour iced slush dispenser tap, an aluminium juice tank with a plastic whisk, a 1L tank, and a transparent ice canister.
Meanwhile, the Ice Shaver includes an ice bowl, stainless steel shaving blades, and a fully-automatic safety lock.
All three machines are set at the price of just $39.99 each!
ALDI also has a range of kitchen appliances on sale, including an air fryer oven that can function as an air fryer, rotisserie, oven, and dehydrator – all in one!
The 16L Multifunction Air Fryer Oven costs $149, and already includes accessories such as a rotating rotisserie fork and skewer set, mesh basket and removal tool, plus 3 air flow racks.
