Lumo Electricity
Our latest bill from Lumo indicated that we would receive a Government concession, but instead of us pensioners receiving the much needed concession, Lumo need us to switch plans. In doing so, our Early Bird Concession would be scrapped......the Government gives & Lumo take it away!! A disgraceful way to treat us, so we are looking at alternatives, but don't hold out much hope in this cutthroat electricity market.
