Could you imagine getting to the bottom of your daily brew only to discover a foreign object (or in this case, objects) swimming around in it? Yuck!
Unfortunately for fans of DARE iced coffee, that's exactly what happened – and as a result, four flavours of the popular beverage have been recalled.
Consumers were alerted about the potential presence of foreign matter (plastic pieces) in the following flavours of the beverage: Espresso, Double Espresso, Mocha and Double Espresso No Sugar Added in 750ml bottles.
According to a statement released by Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ), these products have been available in Victoria at independent grocery stores including IGA and convenience stores like Coles Express.

Consumers who have purchased any of these products are being urged not to drink them and instead return them to the store they were bought from for a refund.
