Local council garbage drivers​

hi everyone, I'm new here and I wondered if anyone else feels as I do about garbage pickups. My red general garbage bin was new 12 months ago. The bin is now cracked around the bottom, has only one lid handle, and one hinge has been torn off because of the way garbage truck drivers dump the bins back on the ground. Both my green and yellow bins are cracked around the bottom too. Does anyone else have this problem? Is it worth raising the issue with council? Would it be worth trying to start a petition? I live in Dubbo.

I used to work where the bins were made, just message council and the bin will be either repaired or replaced.
They will send someone out to do this.
