One of her most popular recipes is hummus. You'll only need a can of chickpeas, Greek yoghurt or tahini, water, salt, cumin, garlic powder, and lemon juice to make this tasty dip. Plus, it's perfect for snacking on with crackers or vegetables. Feel free to substitute the seasoning for whatever favourites you have on hand.

- 1 can chickpeas

- 1/4 cup Greek yoghurt or tahini

- 1/8 cup water

- 1 tsp salt

- 1 tsp cumin

- 1 tsp garlic powder

- 1/2 lemon juiced

- 2 tbsp olive oil



For topping:

- Drizzle of olive oil

- Dash paprika

- Dash parsley

Serve with crackers etc

Add chickpeas, tahini, water, salt, cumin, garlic powder and lemon juice to a food processor or blender. Blend ingredients together until completely mixed. Slowly add olive oil until smooth consistency is achieved.

If you're after something a bit more substantial, why not try her Chickpea Salsa Salad recipe? This dish is packed full of flavour and only takes around 15 minutes to make. All you need is a can of chickpeas, diced capsicum, red onion, baby cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, celery sticks, avocado and corn. Toss everything together with olive oil, lemon juice and spices and serve with corn chips for a delicious meal everyone will love.



- 1 can chickpeas

- 1 diced capsicum

- 1/2 diced red onion

- 4 baby cucumbers diced

- 1/2 punnet cherry tomatoes diced

- 2 sticks celery diced

- 1/2 avocado diced

- 1/2 can corn

- 1 tbsp olive oil

- 2 tbsp lemon juice

- 1/2 tsp garlic powder

- 1/2 tsp paprika

- 1/2 tsp cumin

Finally, we've got BBQ Chickpea Wraps. This dish is perfect for summertime gatherings with friends and family. You'll need a can of chickpeas, BBQ sauce, garlic powder and salt and pepper. Cook the chickpeas in the BBQ sauce until they're coated, and then assemble your wrap with ranch dressing or aioli, lettuce or baby spinach, grated cheese, and red onion. Add bacon if you're feeling extra hungry!
