Lamingtons
“Why have I included lamingtons in this
category?” you may ask. It’s because the
lamington is as much a part of our heritage as billy tea and damper. I can
remember buying lamingtons from my
high school tuck shop, and I am sure some of your mothers cooked up a batch
of lamingtons for your school fete.
