Do you remember the excitement of lamington drives at school? Mums would gather in the hall, making hundreds of those chocolate-coated, coconut-covered treats for a good cause. Who snuck a bite while helping out? Share your fond memories here.

Yes, and I probably ate half of them!
I still love a lamington whether it’s the plain ones or those filled with jam and cream. Yum.

I remember having a lamington drive at work (hospital) as a fundraiser. It was such a messy job coating them in chocolate and then rolling in coconut. After working on these for about 4 hours I swore I would never want to see another lamington in my life! But I reneged and now I love them as much as anyone else!

Remember them well, when my kids were at school we would have Lamington Drives to raise money. Also, had them to raise money for the kids swimming club .
