Is she going broke or something? Jumping on the ripoff bandwagon of other overseas "entertainers" "go to Australia, you'll make a mint from ticket sales over there". I wouldn't cross the road to see her. I didn't even see why they raved when she was on Young Talent Time. Tina Arena left her in the shade. I'm also disgusted with her almost there outfits. I did like her sister Danni who had much more talent,

To all you detractors, who are your entertainers of choice?

John Farnham, who had more comebacks than a gay porn star?

Jimmy "Screaming Banshee" Barnes, another "oh woe me" addict of sympathy due to "numerous hospitalisations"?

Taylor "Swallow" Swift, who would be more suited to the cover of Best Bets Magazine?

At least Kylie Minogue has a diverse music style, collaborating with the likes of Nick Cave, Calvin Harris, Iggy Pop and Robbie Williams.

So she is now aging and unfortunately doing a Madonna. The TV pro-mos about the 'return", show she definitely is not the Kylie of 15 years ago. None of us are - but we don't try to still wear the suggestive outfits and perform sexy moves which she is hoping will still draw fans - Heavily made-up and her movements are no longer lithe and now look a bit embarrassing and sad.
Why can't she mature gracefully as Olivia did? Give us proper songs without all the techno music and lights and the gyrating dancers doing suggestive actions. She is in her 56 and must realise the 20 somethings have no idea who she is and the 30 somethings remember her as someone their parents once followed.
She once was a star and Australia was proud but then she chose the USA and lived off the money her fans made for her. Is it too late to come back after so long and expect her old fans to support her for another 15 years?
People complain they cannot afford to pay rents, buy a house, pay bills, run a car, afford their kids' school fees etc.etc.etc. and scream for more hand-outs from the Government yet these hyped-up entertainers charge more money for a couple of hours' performance than most people earn in a week or two.
I was mortified at what people forked out for pre-teen and teenage children to see Taylor Swift barely in her underwear.
Anyone who does buy a ticket to Kylie, it's your money yes, and I hope you think it was worth it but do stop whining about the cost of living and expecting Government handouts to provide you with money to afford her show.
Before you decide to reply with comments that I am old-fashioned and a prude - I have been in the entertainment business for decades and see how fans, especially young ones are now ripped off and conned. I now professionally coach hopefuls with a lot of success.

John Farnham - 75 years of age.
Jimmy Barnes - 68 years of age.
Madonna - 66 years of age.
Kylie Minogue - 56 years of age.

And your problem is Kylie Minogue is "too old" to perform? HA HA HA!!!

Careful ... the way the world is going, even thinking about the delicate, limp-wristed members of the community could land you in deep doodoo.
It is called freedom of speech - not only the "alternate" lifestylers have this right.
