Kohlrabi omellete

My recipe very easy very cheap:
My green grocer gave me kohlrabi . I never had it before but I thought I give it a try. I google it first so I am going to try the leaves first.

Ingredients:
4 free range eggs@ $1.68
100 grams mince pork @ $1.50
Cup of kohlrabi leaves @ free
3 baby potatoes cooked and [email protected]
Spring onions x 3 sprigs @ &.50c
Garlic x 2 gloves @ $.20c

Sliced the kohlrabi and soak it in hot water for 5 mins. Drain. Sauté spring onion and garlic until cooked . Add mince pork until cooked and brown . Add kohlrabi leaves and cooked baby potatoes. I also add half of chicken stock cube to give that umami flavour . By the way my baby potatoes was just a leftover from previous dinner. Crack the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Pour into the cooked Veges . Let it simmer for 7 mins until it’s set. I cover the pan so it helps out the cooking process.easy dinner or lunch serve with French bread or any bread u like. Serves 4 for under $5
