Kmart shoppers go crazy for $20 find that rivals a $179 favourite: 'Absolutely love these!'

A new budget-friendly find has taken shoppers by surprise, offering an exciting alternative to a high-end favourite.

What began as a simple discovery quickly turned into a frenzy as shoppers praised the item for its comfort, style, and affordability.

The growing buzz is impossible to ignore, with many wondering if this affordable option could be the best deal of the year.

Shoppers at Kmart Australia were raving about a pair of 'super comfy' sandals priced at just $20, which are being hailed as a 'dupe' of Country Road’s $179 Lottie Sandal.

The sandals, featuring a triple adjustable strap design, were spotted by the fashion blogger behind Kmart Insider, who shared on social media that the budget-friendly pair was ‘straight-up comfy.’

Despite the massive price difference, the Kmart version is made from polyurethane suede and synthetic materials, while the Country Road sandals are crafted from leather.

Many customers praised the affordable $20 sandals as a great option for those unwilling to splurge on pricey footwear.

One shopper gushed: ‘Amazing. Absolutely love these, they are so comfortable.’

Another added, ‘What a fab dupe.’

The versatile open-toed design made them a hit, perfect for both beach days and casual office looks.

‘Love these. Took them to Thailand, walked around in them - super comfy and love that they're stylish as well. Well done Kmart,’ one person said.

‘Agreed. So very comfy,’ another shopper chimed in.

Earlier this month, savvy shoppers also discovered Kmart’s $25 Buckle Slingback Ballet Flats, which resemble Ganni’s $595 buckled ballerina shoes.

Both pairs feature pointed toes, metal eyelet detailing, buckle straps, and low stacked heels.

The Kmart version has a single row of metal eyelets on each strap, while Ganni’s designer pair boasts two rows.

Social media users pointed out that these budget-friendly flats offered an affordable alternative for anyone who couldn't justify the hefty price tag of the designer shoes.

‘Buckle up! Kmart has dropped a $25 version of a Ganni icon,’ the Aussie fashion blogger behind Kmart Insider wrote on social media.

Shoppers confirmed the flats were ‘so comfy’ and others rushed to Kmart to pick up a pair.

‘I tried these on, they were really comfy,’ one customer commented.

‘Love the crisp white on the Kmart side,’ another raved.

‘So cute,’ another shared.

‘OMG I'm running,’ another shopper exclaimed.
