Kmart fans rave over the retailer’s new oversized hoodie that rivals that of expensive brands — “They are so comfortable!”

We here at the SDC love a good bargain (for obvious reasons...we’re not called Seniors Discount Club for nothing!).
So, whenever there's a more affordable knockoff of an expensive brand (particularly if it doesn’t seem like quality has been compromised), we are always delighted to share it with you and get our hands on it.
Bearing that all in mind, we would like to share with you one of the most trendy affordable knockoff items on the market right now...any guesses as to what item that is? (Hint: It's in the title)
Kmart's $29 oversized hoodie had built a cult following after its initial release last year as part of the retailer's Special Buys range.

Shoppers raved over the stylish garment — that is made of a soft, borg fleece fabric — that can rival that of the $109 Oodie piece.
The garment features an oversized fit, a kangaroo pocket at the front, a hood at the back, and a fleece-lined interior.
While the item had been successful in its initial release, Kmart had taken off the items from its shelves before many of the shoppers could nab the product for themselves, leaving them frustrated.
Now, Kmart has released a new and improved version of the garment, which features a new design — a shorter finish just above the knee compared to the original mid-calf finish — and comes in three different prints: a blue floral design, a pink sloth print, and a simple midnight black colour.
It should also be noted that compared to the $109 Oodie, the Kmart version is a fair bit thinner, making the garment appear like an oversized hoodie rather than a "wearable blanket" as the Oodie markets itself to be.
A number of shoppers have taken to TikTok to share their excitement over the new item.
One shopper wrote: “I got this knockoff version of an Oodie yesterday and it’s awesome and really warm. I was so surprised. I love it.”
“They are so comfortable,” another quipped.
A third chimed in: “I’ve got it, so soft and warm.”

However, not everyone is amazed at the cheap knockoff, with a number of users claiming that the original Oodie is better than Kmart's version.
One comment read: “It’s great for a budget but nothing beats my Oodie, worth every dollar.”
“They aren’t even close to the real ones but yeah they are cute (I have a real one, my brother has the Kmart one, so I know the difference),” another added.
A third said: “I’d rather the real thing.”
