I am curious and would like to know what other peoples thoughts are on this subject.

With the growing concerns of young offenders being caught and charged and then released on bail and then re offend as soon as they get out!

Also the Judges who let them out repeatedly should they be held accountable and or be charged themselves for aiding and abetting these young offenders as in some cases the police have actually told the judges not to release them on bail!

Then the older ones 17+ they should be sent to either the Army or Navy to be disciplined that way and must serve a minimum of 4 years or go to jail.
