Jump in the Car​

So another thing that is missing, in Modern days.
Remember when Dad said jump in the car , this year we are Spending Christmas with Uncle Jack who lived a long way from our house. This Christmas was going to be full of laughter and family, probably about 25 to 30 Adults and kids ,A huge table of food all assembled by the Aunties Cousins and the older girls. There was an air of excitement.
Alas this is disappearing, T Vs road rules cost of fuel even smaller homes, you can't go out onto road to play cricket.. Sorry
am I beginning to ramble,our family trys to copy this but it just not possible due to a lot of issues . Still look forward to Christmas

Awww... you're absolutely right though. Christmas used to be so magical but considering all the external factors that add up each year, it just isn't the same anymore.

Hopefully this year, we can all get to bond with our family members if the virus dies down completely.
