A joke sent in by Doug S.:

When unpacking his groceries, a man noticed that one of the ten
pieces of thyme that he had bought had a tear in it, so he stitched
it up to prevent it going bad and infecting the others.

He was doing what the old adage says you have to do.

A stitch in thyme saves nine.

I have heard this joke a few times in the past but everytime I read it .. I certainly get a great laugh.
Eddy has given up on Social Media for the Year and is trying to make real friends outside of facebook while applying the same principles.
Each day he walks down the street and tells passers-by what he has had for breakfast and his plans for the rest of the day. He explains what he did the night before and what he will do tomorrow. He shows people pictures of his family, his dog and his efforts to grow the biggest Pumpkin for the pumkpin festival. He always listens to their conversations and tells them he loves them, IT WORKS. Already he has 3 followers --- Two Policemen and One Psychiatrist.

AND you had better laugh or you will be attacked for having no sense of humour, Your para-phrasing will be totally wrong and you need a Psychiatrist for the next 5 years to see that you don't overstep your mark and have a free opinion on any subject
