Is Woolworths' Everyday Market a ‘game changer’?

Shoppers recently discovered something that left many absolutely astounded: Woolworths has an online marketplace called Everyday Market, which features incredible bargains and discounts on items like furniture, homewares, electronics…and even wheelie suitcases!
You heard that right–the supermarket sells a three-piece luggage set for $136, usually for around $177. If you're looking for other styles, Woolworths has another 3pc luggage set available online for $133!
What is Everyday Market, you ask? It’s an online marketplace where you can buy products from sellers like BIG W and Pet Culture, who’ll ship them directly.
This means you can access an extended range of everyday items while you’re shopping for your groceries online.
A bargain-hunter named Sarah also heard about this deal and decided to give it a go herself by purchasing the Wanderlite 3pc Luggage Trolley Suitcase Travel Set, which comes with two check-in suitcases and a matching carry-on.
‘Yeah, I didn’t know Woolworths sold suitcases, but here we are! Let’s see how they go,’ Sarah said.
The travel cases, made from white hard plastic, are lightweight and have the requisite locks. Sarah shared her find in a video on social media that has since been viewed over 100,000 times!
Sarah was blown away when she took the cases out of the box and realised how great of a deal she had gotten.
‘For all three of these, it was $130 from Woolworths,’ Sarah said. ‘They’re so light, they’ve got the locks and the hard case.’
Many other people loved the video as well.
‘I can't even afford a holiday, but you’ve influenced me to buy them,’ one person commented.
‘Yes! I have been looking for suitcases! Just purchased it after seeing this! Thank you,’ someone else said.
'I have these, and they've been chucked through airport security, and they are so good,' another stated, while another wrote 'I'm saving this!'
However, one person shared an unfortunate story–that the bigger suitcase in their own three-piece set had broken before their Europe holiday.
Woolworths expressed that it has ‘been great to see how popular the “Wanderlite 3 Piece Luggage Set” has been with our customers since its launch on “Everyday Market”’.
‘This three-piece luggage set is jam-packed with value for customers finalising their travel plans,’ an Everyday Market spokesperson claimed.
‘Everyday Reward members will also receive 10x points for any purchases made over $100 on Everyday Market before September 26, leading to even more savings at the checkout,’ they added.
