Recipe by Australia's best

Ingredients

  • 300 g Arnott's Iced VoVo biscuits
  • 250 g cream cheese room temperature
  • 250 g white chocolate melts
  • 1/4 tsp pink liquid food colouring
  • 2 tbs desiccated coconut

Method

  • Step 1
Put the Iced VoVos into a mini food processor and blitz them until they are fine crumbs.
  • Step 2
Put the biscuit crumbs into a large bowl and mix in the softened cream cheese. Stir it all together until it's combined.
  • Step 3
Prepare a baking tray with baking paper. Roll the mixture into 12 - 15 balls and place on the baking tray.
  • Step 4
Refrigerate the balls for 15 - 30 minutes until they set.
  • Step 5
Put the white chocolate into a glass bowl and melt it in the microwave in short 30 second bursts. Add a few drops of pink food colouring to colour the white chocolate pink.
  • Step 6
Dip each ball into the pink chocolate mixture. Use a fork so that you can let the excess chocolate drip off before transferring it back to the baking tray.
  • Step 7
Sprinkle the balls with coconut and put them back in the fridge for 30 minutes, or until the melted chocolate sets hard.
