If you love an Iced VoVo, you'll adore these easy no-bake treats. Whip up a batch for the school cake stall or make them for your next pink-themed birthday party. They also make a great gift for Xmas or bridal / baby showers. Just place in a cellophane bag and tie with a ribbon

If you can't get hold of Iced VoVos (heaven forbid!) you can use any jam biscuit.
You can add a teaspoon of strawberry Quik to the melted chocolate mixture to make it taste like strawberry.
Add the food colouring sparingly, as water-based food colourings can interfere with the melted chocolate

Ingredients
- 300 g Arnott's Iced VoVo biscuits
- 250 g cream cheese room temperature
- 250 g white chocolate melts
- 1/4 tsp pink liquid food colouring
- 2 tbs desiccated coconut
Method
- Step 1
Put the Iced VoVos into a mini food processor and blitz them until they are fine crumbs. - Step 2
Put the biscuit crumbs into a large bowl and mix in the softened cream cheese. Stir it all together until it's combined. - Step 3
Prepare a baking tray with baking paper. Roll the mixture into 12 - 15 balls and place on the baking tray. - Step 4
Refrigerate the balls for 15 - 30 minutes until they set. - Step 5
Put the white chocolate into a glass bowl and melt it in the microwave in short 30 second bursts. Add a few drops of pink food colouring to colour the white chocolate pink. - Step 6
Dip each ball into the pink chocolate mixture. Use a fork so that you can let the excess chocolate drip off before transferring it back to the baking tray. - Step 7
Sprinkle the balls with coconut and put them back in the fridge for 30 minutes, or until the melted chocolate sets hard.
