Ice box
Remember the good old ice box? Long before refrigerators became the norm, these trusty boxes were essential for Aussie families. Ice blocks were delivered straight to your door by friendly lorry drivers, and though replacing the ice every few days was a bit of a chore, it made for some memorable moments.
