My beautiful 81 y.o mum, and 91 y.o mum-in-law are members of their local Red Hatters group. They have such fun, and are both still very young at heart! I am ever so grateful to still have them both, and adore their zest for life. They are far busier and spritely than my 61 y.o carcass

When you get to a certain age I think you have the right to live disgracefully because you only have the end to look forward to and when you are alone you have to make your own fun! I am 88 now and intend to live my way whatever others may think of me as by now I don't care.
