I have so many scam letters supposedly from Telstra that look real and state either that my payment of account didnot go through or I have paid twice. I knew for a fact that these were scams because if they had been real my actual account would have reflected that in the amount. The latest email I have received tells me I have to update my email or it will not work. Who do I ring at Telstra/Big Pond to find out if this is another scam?
