How are you?

Hey everyone! :)

I just wanted to take a moment to check in and see how you're all doing.

Life can get busy, and sometimes we all forget to take a breath. So, take a deep breath with me right now, and let any worries float away as you exhale. 😌

Whether you're experiencing joy, stress, or anything in between, remember that you're not alone. Our fantastic community is here for you, ready to lend an ear or share a kind word.

Let's use this space to check in with each other. Share how you're doing, what's on your mind, or anything you need to get off your chest.

Sometimes, just knowing someone is listening can make a big difference. :)

Looking forward to hearing from you all.

Now we are both aged 86 I have to admit that life is not all a bed of roses as I constantly worry about the future and although we are both still mobile we both have a few health problems, I know that one of us will out live the other and that is not going to be much fun. I will get a dog of my own if I remain by myself but I shall still walk dogs with POOPS as long as I am able. Financially we manage on the pension and I have no ambitions to travel overseas anymore although we have a son and family in the UK and travelling hundreds of kilometres by car to see my family is getting to be too much trouble too. I worry about what will happen to the house and contents and all my bikes and tools etc. and of course the furniture that we have had for years now. I dream every night and and some dreams are so vivid and real that it is a relief to just wake up. I always say I will write down what I have been dreaming but I never do and then I forget it completely. A friend overseas told me that her councillor advised her to just live in 'the now' and don't worry about the future until it happens. Growing old is not much fun but maybe troubles shared are troubles halved, so what do you all think? Dilemma now to erase or post, so I chose to post.
