House Fencing Question – Best Material & Height?​

Hey everyone,

I’m looking to install a fence around my property and need some advice. I want something durable, low maintenance, and secure, but also visually appealing. When it comes to house fencing, I’m considering wood, vinyl, or metal but not sure which is best for longevity and privacy.

Also, what’s the ideal height to balance security and aesthetics? My main concerns are keeping pets in, adding curb appeal, and ensuring privacy. Any recommendations or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated!
