These easy biscuits are great for gift-giving or to treat yourself with an afternoon cup of tea.

Ingredients
- 250g soft butter
- 160g icing sugar mixture
- 2 x 50g chocolate honeycomb bar chopped
- 1 1/2 cup plain flour
- 2 tbs rice flour
- 2 tbs cornflour
- 90g almond meal
Method
- Step 1
Beat butter and sifted icing sugar in small bowl until light and fluffy. Stir in honeycomb. - Step 2
Transfer mixture to large bowl, stir in sifted flours and almond meal. - Step 3
Shape level tablespoons mixture into balls. - Step 4
Place balls about 3cm apart on greased oven trays. - Step 5
Bake at 180C about 15 minutes or until lightly browned. - Step 6
Transfer to wire racks to cool
