Holiday Coffee Jelly

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons hot water
  • 1 package unflavored gelatin
  • 2 cups fresh brewed coffee
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar

Directions

Step 1

Gather all ingredients

Step 2
Stir together gelatin and hot water in a small bowl until gelatin dissolves; pour into a saucepan. Stir in coffee and sugar, and bring to a boil over high heat.

Step 3
Pour coffee mixture into a shallow, 9-inch square or 7x11-inch baking dish. Chill in the refrigerator until solidified, 6 to 7 hours.

Step 4
Cut coffee jelly into cubes to serve.

Step 5
Enjoy!

Too much sugar for my liking I’d be a hyped up kidlet with that much, maybe 1 smallish teaspoon or less of raw sugar I never use white..😊

That's too long to wait for a coffee. We make our coffee in the morning, and on these hot days, we make a second one each pour into glasses and put in the fridge for iced coffee later.
