Amazing what they can see through the fringe. Skye terriers have a heavy fringe designed to stop soil getting in their eyes when they dig badgers out of burrows. Our Skye runs around the yard at full speed doung zoomies, and plays soccer at a great rate of knots without crashing into anything.

In my teens, our family had a French Briard (French Sheepdog). The hair over his eyes never affected his sight or bothered him.
As for the Siamese cat... that was another story... she tormented the poor, gentle-natured boy and scared the crap out of him.
The picture attached is not our dog but, looks identical.

I wouldn't go flashing that around in the neighborhood looking like that....it'll have every dogs nose fair up its bum and that smile of confidence might change very quickly to a very snappy retort. Put your tail down between your legs and sit.

I get enough of her fur in my mouth as it is! Great fun waking up with your own furball as she sleeps with both Debra and myself, sharing her half of the bed....
