When I want to be emailed and not phoned, but they insist I put my number in, I just change a couple of the numbers, or just the last one.
I once got an email from some company that told me they had tried to call but the number was wrong. I told them that it was because I didn't want to be called, only emailed, which I stated on the form in the first place.
