Helping Our Kids A Very Worthy Charity 'Eat Up'​

In a country like ours, that's not really fair, is it? Children frequently arrive at school without the food they need to fuel their growing bodies and brains. Missing out on lunch has a big impact on children, with hunger causing fatigue and poor concentration. This commonly leads to learning difficulties and behavioral problems in school, with disadvantaged children falling further behind their peers. Many children come from homes experiencing financial hardship, substance abuse, violence, homelessness or are refugees.

There is a company out there who helps to feed these kids daily through the wonderful support of volunteers and the huge donations from companies like Coles The Charity "EAT Up " deserves recognition and support by both donations and volunteers

Absolutely a wonderful initiative and it is so true that many children go to school without food. Thanks for the heads up - I will certainly seek out and donate to this cause.
