Help for spotting scams​

I subscribe to Nextdoor and my area is Capalaba (QLD) and they have just put up a post to know how to spot scams and they are doing online presentations on

• 16 May 10 - 11am [AEST]
• 27 July 3 - 4pm [AEST]
• 9 November 3 - 4pm [AEDT]

This is the email I received

I have read a bit of this information and it's easy to understand and very straight forward. So hopefully this helps someone that is unsure if an email or text is genuine
